Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. At Oasis Eco Stay, we aim to be fair and transparent with our cancellation and refund process:
Cancellation Rules:
- Free Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
Refund Process:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- If the payment was made through a third-party platform, the processing time may vary as per their policies.
Special Cases:
- In case of natural calamities, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure situations, we will offer full credits or rescheduling options.
No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused services.
